To pay your 2013 membership dues by mail or fax, please complete the 2013 Dues Renewal Form, include your VISA or MasterCard number and fax to: 613-435-7257 or mail with a cheque to: P.O. Box 72024, Kanata North RPO, Kanata, ON K2K 2P4

Please note:  A late fee will be applied to dues paid after March 29, 2013.

COMP Dues for 2013

Full Member: $240  (Reduced fee of $170 if also a member of either one of the following:  CAP/ACP or AAPM residing in USA)

Associate Member:  $135

Graduate/Undergraduate Student Member: $30

Retired Member:  $35

Corporate Member: $900
